Lead Preschool Teachers (2 Positions Available) We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym

• Royal Palm Beach & Jupiter/Tequesta We are currently hiring for two Lead Teacher positions within our early learning programs.

Positions Available:

Preschool Prep Lead Teacher (Ages 2-4) Kindergarten Readiness Lead Teacher (Ages 4-6) Our programs are play-based and inclusive, designed to support children of all abilities while building strong foundations in social skills, early academics, motor development, and classroom routines.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing educator who: Has previous classroom teaching experience (preschool or early elementary preferred) Holds a Florida CDA or equivalent certification Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, but not required Is confident in leading a classroom, managing routines, and implementing daily lesson plans Is patient, energetic, and has a genuine passion for working with children Is comfortable working in an inclusive environment with children of all abilities Can foster a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Responsibilities:

Lead daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicate effectively with parents and team members Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Collaborate with staff to ensure overall program success

Our Preschool Prep and Kindergarten Readiness programs focus on: Social skills and independence Fine and gross motor development Early literacy and math concepts Following directions and classroom routines Learning through play in a sensory-rich environment
