Preschool Lead Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves educating students across various subjects, including literacy, math, and special education,. The Teacher will be responsible for fostering a love for learning in preschool-aged children and implementing effective classroom management strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students in key subjects such as literacy, math, and all domains. Utilize effective techniques to support individual student needs. Assess student progress through observation and assessment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. Encourage social and emotional development among students through interactive activities. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Requirements Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Experience in preschool education or early childhood settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with developmental/ educational screenings and assessments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a supportive environment.
