Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a key leader in the classroom, you will create a warm, engaging space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your role is vital in fostering developmental milestones, implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring a safe, inclusive atmosphere that promotes curiosity and confidence. Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that support early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies to create a respectful and nurturing environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any special needs related to early intervention or special education. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized classroom conducive to toddler care and preschool experience. Incorporate physical education activities and hands-on learning experiences that promote motor skills development and overall wellness. Utilize assessment tools such as standardized testing or observational methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential, with demonstrated classroom management skills. Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical activities for early learners. Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development principles, including toddler care and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and best practices in early childhood education is preferred.
