The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards while catering to the diverse needs of our students. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety and engagement. Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience Qualifications Must have or be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices related to early childhood education. Experience in preschool , or daycare settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
