Supervise classroom staff and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations while modeling best practices in childhood development and classroom management. Skills Extensive knowledge of early childhood education theories, including Montessori methods and toddler care best practices. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating patience, empathy, and effective communication skills. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education strategies suitable for young learners. Familiarity with special education principles, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies tailored for diverse student needs. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Excellent organizational skills to coordinate activities such as standardized testing preparations or tutoring sessions when needed. Knowledge of childhood development milestones across cognitive, emotional, and physical domains to support holistic growth. Experience in teaching physical education activities that promote motor skills development in young children.
