Creative Academy is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Preschool Operations Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our growing early childhood program. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, organization, problem-solving, and supporting both staff and families in a fast-paced childcare environment. We are looking for someone who can help keep our center running smoothly while also stepping in to support classrooms when needed. This role is not assigned to one classroom daily, but does require flexibility and a team-first mindset. What You'll Do Support daily center operations and classroom flow Assist with staffing coordination and classroom coverage Help manage breaks, transitions, and daily scheduling Support onboarding and staff accountability Assist with licensing and compliance preparation Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Support communication with families and staff Assist with inventory, supplies, and operational tasks Step into classrooms for support and ratio coverage when needed What We're Looking For ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ Dependable and professional ✔ Organized with attention to detail ✔ Calm under pressure and solution-focused ✔ Team player with a positive attitude ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Previous childcare, management, operations, or leadership experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Early Childhood Education experience preferred Leadership or management experience strongly preferred Knowledge of childcare licensing/compliance is a plus CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Must be able to pass all background checks required by the state of Illinois Why Join Creative Academy? ✨ Supportive leadership team✨ Positive team culture✨ Growth opportunities within leadership✨ Family-oriented environment✨ No nights or weekends✨ Meaningful work that impacts children and families daily.
