The ideal candidate will have experience working with young students and creating a nurturing learning environment. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among students
• Create a curriculum that integrates literacy education, math concepts, and other developmental areas
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the students Qualifications
• 12 early childcare units
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
• Knowledge of daycare or tutoring environments is a plus
• Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management
• A passion for early childhood education and fostering a love of learning in young children
