Your Role as a Preschool Teacher As a preschool teacher, you'll create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. You'll play a key role in fostering social, emotional, and academic development through meaningful daily experiences. Lead a classroom of preschool-aged children, creating a positive and enriching learning environment Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, activities, and experiences that support early childhood development Foster children's growth in social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families Maintain daily routines, including meals, rest, transitions, and structured learning times Support positive classroom management and guide children through problem-solving and peer interactions Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to create a strong, team-centered culture Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all licensing and health standards What Makes ECA Different?
