Preschool Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years. Duties Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management and social skills development. Teaching preschoolers the word of God. Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations, and early intervention strategies to tailor instruction effectively. Engage in lesson planning that integrates childcare best practices with age-appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth transitions throughout the day. Available to work August-May; 7:15 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children. Ability to create an inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and supports diverse learning needs.
