Preschool Teachers Aide

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Preschool Teacher Aide to join our early childhood education team - four our TWO-Year-Old class. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences that promote curiosity and a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child's growth. Assess and document children's progress through observations and assessments. Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and creativity. Requirements (12) Units in Early Childhood Education

REQUIRED

Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Minimum Requirements:

MUST HAVE

12 Units Early Childhood Education Positive Christian Values High School Diploma Experience preferred, but not required Must be able to clear State Licensing Background (Live Scan Fingerprints)

Salary:

$ 18.00 an Hour
