As a Press Operator, you'll begin with a key role in the production process—dome washing—and quickly grow into operating presses and machinery through on-the-job training.

Mon-Fri, 6 AM-2 PM, $20/hour What You'll Do Start in dome washing, the foundation of the production process Learn and operate manufacturing processes with hands-on training Cross-train into press and machine operation roles Use equipment such as punch presses, force gauges, tumblers, and ultrasonic washers Inspect parts and accurately record measurements Ensure all products meet strict quality standards Complete daily production reports Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work overtime as needed What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing Experience (or interest) in production or machine operation High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain 20/20 vision Strong communication skills and reliability Nice to Have Experience with press brakes or manufacturing equipment Previous production or shop experience Why You'll Like Working Here Entry-level role with real growth potential Hands-on training and cross-training opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to build valuable machine operation skills Overtime opportunities available Work Environment Work in a production setting using a variety of equipment including presses, tumblers, and wash systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
