Role:

We are looking for dependable Press Operators to join a production team in Golden City. The primary responsibility is to operate and monitor press machines used in the production process. Candidates must maintain a clean, safe work area and demonstrate professionalism at all times. This is a fast-paced role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate press machines according to production standards. Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality. Make basic adjustments to machines as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any machine issues or production concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

Ability to work on your feet for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Basic mechanical aptitude preferred. Must maintain a professional and positive attitude. Previous factory or machine operation experience preferred.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $15 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
