Pressure Washer Operator/Driver/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking someone who can start early at the jobs and make sure the crew is set up properly. The ability to drive manual transmission, as well as a Skid Steer is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining company trucks, skid steer equipment, and equipment such as pressure washer, and sealer sprayer. Experience with sanding and sealing pavers, as well as pressure washing and irrigation repairs is a plus. Job will vary from part-time to full-time hours, including Saturdays at times. Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer equipment to move and distribute materials
• Perform routine maintenance on the skid steer to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks Qualifications
• Driver's license a must, including the ability to drive manual transmission
• Pressure washing & sealing experience is a plus
• Proven experience operating a skid steer in construction or similar environments
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for skid steer equipment
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
