In this role, you will operate high-powered pressure washing equipment to restore the appearance and integrity of various surfaces, including building exteriors, residential, and industrial facilities. Your expertise will help clients maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing environments. This position offers a hands-on experience where your technical skills and attention to detail will shine, ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washers safely and effectively on diverse surfaces, adjusting pressure settings as needed for optimal results Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, securing work areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed Inspect equipment regularly for maintenance needs and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime Follow detailed job instructions to clean or prepare surfaces according to client specifications Document work performed, including before-and-after photos, service reports, and safety checklists Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing equipment after each job and disposing of waste responsibly Experience Prior experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure water systems and working at heights or in confined spaces Ability to read and interpret job orders, safety instructions, and technical manuals with clarity Excellent physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Basic knowledge of surface materials and cleaning agents is a plus but not required Join us in delivering top-tier cleaning solutions that make a real difference!
