Pressure Washing Technician

Position Overview B3 Fleet Wash & Surface Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated Wash Lead to oversee/work nightly fleet washing operations for USPS vehicles and other fleet accounts. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening and overnight shifts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable driving a fully loaded wash truck, and capable of leading operations while communicating directly with management regarding equipment issues, site concerns, or scheduling updates. Responsibilities Lead and complete nightly fleet washing operations Wash USPS trucks and fleet vehicles efficiently and consistently Drive and operate a fully loaded wash truck with water tanks and equipment Communicate with management regarding: Equipment problems Site issues Supply needs Vehicle damage or concerns Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on wash equipment Ensure equipment is properly stocked and operational each shift Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines Maintain professionalism at customer locations Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving larger trucks/trailers with water weight loads Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment issues Reliable transportation to and from work Able to work evening/night shifts consistently Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently without constant supervision Preferred Experience Pressure washing or fleet washing experience Experience operating pressure washing equipment Knowledge of chemicals, downstream injectors, and hot water systems Experience working around commercial vehicles or equipment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Self-motivated Fast-paced worker Attention to detail without sacrificing efficiency Professional attitude with customers and management Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility

Pay:
