Pricing Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support pricing operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico businesses. This position will partner closely with Sales, Business Management, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Finance teams to maintain pricing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, process rebates and commissions, and support reporting and audit functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong Excel, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review daily pricing discrepancy reports for U.S., Canada, and Mexico operations. Enter and maintain pricing and NSPS updates within the JDE (E1) system. Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies identified on daily variance reports. Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Business Management teams to research and correct pricing issues. Coordinate and execute mass pricing updates during contract renewals and price increase periods. Generate pricing reports and analysis for assigned Sales Representatives. Validate pricing on existing customer orders to ensure invoicing accuracy. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on quarterly Colgate pricing and

U.S. CUPS

(Credit Upon Proof of Sale) programs. Maintain accurate monthly logs and tracking for all CUPS activity and related discrepancies. Research and validate export commission requests. Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm invoice payments related to commission submissions. Export and review invoices to verify commission calculations and requested amounts. Process customer credits and debits for domestic and export accounts based on approved requests from Customer Service and Business Management. Research and validate all credit/debit requests and resolve discrepancies prior to processing. Prepare and provide supporting documentation for quarterly and annual audits. Assist with reporting, pricing analysis, and process improvement initiatives as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in a corporate finance, pricing, accounting, or customer support environment. Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and understanding of the order-to-delivery process preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
