Position Requirements:

DEA with prescriptive authority FNP or AGNP credentials with AZ license eligibility Minimum 1+ years of experience in primary care or geriatric medicine Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player Why Banner Health?
