Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and mentor clinicians, fostering a collaborative, patient-focused atmosphere. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population. Ensure best practices in patient care and help develop clinical guidelines. Collaborate with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and specialists to improve workflows and enhance the patient experience. Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in clinician training. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and outcomes. ? Qualifications MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership. Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
