Primary Care Physician Assistant - Austin & Westlake, TX

Job Description Victory Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, physician-owned outpatient practice with locations in Austin and Westlake Hills, Texas. Founded in 1996, Victory Medical Center is a highly respected multispecialty private practice with strong patient demand, a tenured support team, and a clinical model that prioritizes patient care, provider autonomy, and long-term patient relationships. Position Highlights Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care to a primarily adult patient population Flexible full-time or part-time schedule options 4-day workweek with 1 weekend shift every 4-5 weeks Work within a holistic care model that includes primary care, urgent care, in-house pharmacy, and wellness services Dedicated MA support and tenured clinical/admin team On-site services including lab, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, DEXA, and more Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, longevity medicine, or other clinical interests Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation + additional bonus and commission opportunities Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage Employee discounts on MedSpa/aesthetic services, medications, and supplements from our in-house pharmacy

Qualifications:
