• 250K base salary (depending on experience and schedule) Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance + 401(k) PTO + paid leave programs Free & discounted care for you and your family $1,000 CME allowance + internal leadership training How You'll Make an Impact Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up car Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams) MAT certificate required DEA registration preferred
