Physician (MD/DO) - Primary Care / Pain Management Full-Time | McAlester, OK $250,000 - $300,000 per year + Bonus Opportunity Olympia Doctors / Olympia Neurological Institute Olympia Doctors is seeking a Primary Care and/or Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) to join our well-established, growing private practice serving Oklahoma patients for over 10 years. This role is based primarily in our McAlester clinic , providing ambulatory evaluations in a supportive, independent practice environment with full administrative and clinical support . This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates, experienced physicians, or retired physicians looking for a rewarding, low-pressure clinical role without RVU requirements.
Position Highlights Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No nights, no weekends, no holidays Private practice environment No RVU pressure Mentorship available After 1 year: growth-driven bonus opportunity Clinic setting (outpatient/ambulatory) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $250,000-$300,000 annually (DOE) Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off CME Allowance Flexible scheduling Likely contract renewal About the Practice Olympia Doctors operates a thriving multi-specialty primary care and pain management program with strong marketing and patient outreach initiatives. We provide comprehensive diagnostics, labs, and customized treatment plans , utilizing the latest scientific and clinical advances to support long-term patient wellness. Physicians enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from operational, administrative, and hospital support. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including H&P and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications in compliance with DEA and CDC guidelines Perform clinic-based procedures as required Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, wellness programs, and preventive care Document all encounters accurately using EMR/EHR systems Collaborate with clinical staff and multidisciplinary teams Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient safety standards Procedures & Clinical Scope Medication management Basic procedures as required by clinic protocols Interpretation of diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, imaging as applicable) Pain management treatment planning (procedural training available as needed) Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active Oklahoma medical license Unrestricted DEA license ACLS certification Pain management experience welcome (not required) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, ethical patient care Must maintain CME requirements and emergency preparedness training No
