  • work schedule. In this role, you will impact critical AI initiatives and drive technical excellence within the organization, ensuring that AI projects align with overarching business objectives. At Honeywell, your contributions will enhance our AI capabilities, and your mentorship will help develop the skills of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • +
Agentic AI Architecture:
Design and deploy scalable LLM agentic frameworks and GenAI solutions using Python, PySpark, and Unity Catalog to solve complex enterprise problems. +
Production Engineering & MLOps:
Lead the transformation of AI models into production-ready software by building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), and infrastructure automation (Terraform). +
Observability & Governance:
Implement comprehensive model monitoring, cost optimization, and observability tools (specifically LangSmith or LangGraph) to ensure reliability and performance of deployed AI agents. +
Full-Stack Integration:
Oversee the integration of AI models into web applications, leveraging full-stack knowledge (ReactJS, NodeJS) to ensure seamless user experiences. +
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Serve as a technical mentor to data scientists, elevating the team's capabilities in software engineering, data lineage, and governance while driving a culture of innovation.
  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • + 12+ years of total technical experience with a prior dedicated focus on Data Engineering, Data Science, AI application deployment and Cloud Architecture.
+ Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering. + Proven expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, AI harness design, specifically constructing workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration tools. + Deep proficiency in Databricks, Spark/PySpark, and Unity Catalog for governance and data lineage. + Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools, specifically Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions for deploying AI solutions. + Experience designing cross-cloud solutions on one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Certified Leadership:
Formal training or certification in leadership communication (e.g., Honeywell Leadership Academy). +
Innovation Track Record:
Demonstrated history of innovation, including filed patents or trade secret awards within an enterprise environment. +
Full Stack Proficiency:
Ability to prototype and build UI wrappers for AI agents using ReactJS and NodeJS. +
Observability Stack:
Experience setting up monitoring stacks using ELK, Splunk, or specific LLM monitoring tools. The annual base salary range for this position is $211,000 - $260,000. This position is incentive plan eligible. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
