Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Antenna Engineer to design and develop advanced GNSS multi-element antenna arrays supporting next-generation anti-jam and communication systems. This role involves hands-on work in antenna design, modeling, testing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze multi-element antenna arrays (monopoles, dipoles, loops, and other microwave structures) Perform antenna modeling and simulation (HFSS preferred) Develop impedance matching circuits across multiple frequency bands Support RF system-level design (LNAs, filters, mixers, amplifiers, PLLs, VCOs, etc.) Conduct lab testing using RF measurement equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.) Perform antenna pattern measurements in anechoic chambers Support transition from prototype to production-ready designs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (focus on electromagnetics/antenna design) Strong experience in antenna design, modeling, and development Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and measurements Experience with impedance matching and multi-band antenna systems U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GNSS frequency bands Exposure to RF system design and integration Relocation - NO Need qualified local candidate who is a US citizen and is willing to work on-site in

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
