Jul 1, 2026 Job Description Are you looking to lead a small school with great students in a great community? Come be a part of the Lazbuddie ISD team! We are looking for a dynamic, student-centered, enthusiastic educator to lead and grow our amazing staff and students for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is a PK-12 district-wide principal, which leads to great opportunities to shape and align learning experiences from elementary up through the secondary grade levels. Lazbuddie ISD's average class size is 10 students. Lazbuddie ISD is a UIL Class A school located in Parmer County. We currently have 125 students in grades Pre-K through 12. We are about 17 minutes from Muleshoe; 25 minutes from Dimmitt, Friona, Bovina, and Farwell; 40 minutes from Clovis; and only 75 minutes from Lubbock and Amarillo. Lazbuddie ISD currently operates a Tuesday - Friday Four-Day Instructional Week. Principal or Mid-Management certification is required or in the process of obtaining. Current

T-TESS / ILT /ILD

certification and UIL Academic experience is a plus. This position has a twelve month contract. Housing is available with most utilities paid, including electricity. A nursery is avaliable for non-school age children of District employees.
