We are looking for a collaborative, student-centered administrator who is passionate about supporting young learners and empowering educators to deliver high-quality instruction. The next principal will join a dedicated faculty and a supportive community committed to ensuring that every child grows academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be a leader who: Inspires and supports high-quality teaching and learningBuilds strong relationships with staff, students, and familiesPromotes a positive, inclusive school cultureUses data and evidence-based practices to improve student outcomesSupports teacher growth through professional learningLeads collaboratively and values shared decision-makingEnsures a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environmentResponsibilitiesProvide strong instructional leadership aligned with district goalsSupervise and evaluate teachers and staff to support professional growthLead school improvement planning and implementationFoster a positive and inclusive school culturePartner with families and the community to support student successManage school operations including scheduling, budgeting, and safety proceduresEnsure equitable opportunities and support for all studentsAll other duties as assignedQualifications Massachusetts Principal/Assistant Principal License (PreK6) or eligibility requiredMasters Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (CAGS or Doctorate preferred)Successful teaching and leadership experience at the elementary levelStrong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessmentDemonstrated ability to build positive school culture and collaborative teams
