    • Position Responsibilities:
    • + Establishes technical and business direction and processes to meet financial, delivery and product conformity targets + Develops and leads company procurement and contractual strategies for key suppliers, and programs + Provides technical oversight and guidance of strategic supplier plans + Directs the development of recovery plans + Establishes technical and business guidance to meet financial, delivery and product conformity targets + Identifies strategic work movement projects and plan elements + Integrates company sourcing strategies, procurement and program activities + Works directly with strategic customers to develop concepts and requirements for future business opportunities •This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
    The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
    • Shift:
    • This position is for 1st shift.
    • NASA Access:
    • The Kennedy Space Center location requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility. This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
    • To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
    • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • + Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree.
    (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study) + More than 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action + More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services + More than 5 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management + More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
    • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • + More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements + More than 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity + More than 3 years of experience leading test campaigns + More than 3 years of experience briefing customers and leadership
