In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment used to produce high-quality custom printed cups for weddings, restaurants, coffee shops, corporate events, and promotional branding. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with screen printing processes, color matching, press setup, and production workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up print jobs, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring accurate registration and consistent print results across various cup sizes and materials. Experience with plastic and paper cup printing, multi-color registration, UV curing, and production efficiency is highly preferred. The successful candidate is reliable, organized, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced printing equipment and be part of a creative team producing premium custom drinkware for customers nationwide. Duties Operate and maintain screen printing equipment and production machinery to produce consistent, high-quality custom printed cups and drinkware products. Prepare print jobs by coating and exposing screens, setting up artwork, aligning prints, mixing inks, and adjusting registration for accurate multi-color printing. Ensure color accuracy and print consistency through proper ink mixing, color matching, and quality control procedures. Review artwork files and production layouts to ensure designs are print-ready and meet customer specifications. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to identify and correct print defects, alignment issues, ink coverage problems, or inconsistencies. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of screen printing presses, dryers, UV curing systems, screens, squeegees, and related production equipment. Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Maintain organized production workflows while meeting daily production schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all workplace safety procedures, including proper handling of inks, chemicals, screens, and printing equipment. Assist with material handling, inventory organization, packaging, and shipping preparation as needed within the production facility. Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure all printed cups meet brand standards, customer expectations, and production requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe manufacturing operations Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing, or related manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of prepress procedures, color management techniques, and layout design principles. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing print files. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a manufacturing setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all stages of production. Basic understanding of print advertising standards and materials handling procedures. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
