Press Operation & Setup:

Manage the manual setup, changeovers, and continuous operation of multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed web presses. This includes bending/mounting plates, loading correct stock, and setting paper paths.

Quality & Color Control:

Mix PMS ink, maintain accurate ink and water balance, manage die registration, and ensure precise multi-color register to meet customer expectations for ink density, size, and construction.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance, including blanket changes, washing up units, cleaning water systems, and adjusting roller settings to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Candidates for Press Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience & Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of manufacturing or ing experience (2+ years of dedicated ing press experience preferred).

Skills & Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must possess basic math, reading, andputer skills, along with strongmunication abilities.

Process Knowledge:

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and a solid, working knowledge of the ing process and equipment usage. What's in this Press Operator position for you?

$20.00 / hour

Shift:

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Third Shift)

Pay Details:
