Graphic Arts Manager Position Summary The Print Services Specialist & Equipment Manager is responsible for producing internal and external literature and labels, maintaining print production equipment, and managing print-related inventories and supplies. This role supports manufacturing, sales, trade shows, and web fulfillment while ensuring print quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. This position works on-site at Flint & Walling (a division of Zoeller). Print Production & Literature Services Produce and maintain instructions, labels, literature, signage, and display materials for factory, sales, trade show, and web fulfillment needs. Complete print finishing, quality checks, packaging, and fulfillment while coordinating rush and priority requests. Equipment Management & Maintenance Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot print shop equipment to ensure quality and minimize downtime. Coordinate equipment service needs and communicate maintenance concerns with the Graphic Arts Manager. Inventory & Supply Management Maintain and track inventory for print production and Zebra label operations, including ordering supplies and consumables. Receive and verify incoming purchases against purchase orders and report discrepancies as needed. Zebra Label Printing & Maintenance Produce manufacturing labels daily and support testing and validation of new or revised labels with IT and Engineering. Troubleshoot Zebra printer issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain print quality and functionality. Mail & Distribution Support Sort and distribute incoming mail on assigned days. Package and prepare literature and print orders for internal and external distribution. Rework & Repair Support Partner with the Repair Department to recreate date codes and box labels for reworked products. Develop shelf labels, forms, and related materials to support factory operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, graphic arts or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education or relevant experience will be considered.
