We're looking for a motivated Print Production Specialist to join our dynamic Production Team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across key workflow areas and help bring high-impact projects to life. What You'll Do Interpret and process work orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare and finish large format signs, banners, and display graphics for shipping and delivery. Operate finishing equipment (welding, trimming, grommeting, etc.) to ensure high-quality results. Package custom projects for safe delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate and communicate with your supervisor and teammates to keep projects on schedule. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. Ability to lift 50 lbs and keep up with a fast-moving production floor. Self-motivation and reliability — someone who takes pride in a job well done. Team player who contributes positively to a supportive and upbeat culture. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering top-quality results.
