Print Shop Customer Service Specialist

Minuteman Press of Island Park is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team in a high-paced, hybrid role. This position is the "face" of our center, combining high-level customer interaction with creative graphic design and production management.

Core Responsibilities Client Consultation:

Manage the customer experience from initial contact through delivery via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Graphic Design & Pre-Press:

Create new designs, edit existing files, and prepare digital proofs using Adobe Creative Suite .

Project Management:

Estimate project costs, submit quotes, and place orders with internal production or outside vendors.

Production Support:

Assist with digital printing and light bindery (cutting, folding, packaging) to ensure deadlines are met.

Workflow Oversight:

Participate in production meetings and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

What We're Looking For Adobe Proficiency:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should feel comfortable "juggling" multiple client requests while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Detail Obsession:

Excellent organizational skills with a "get it done" attitude.

Adaptability:

Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively within a small team environment.
