Print/counter person

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with various tasks related to large scale print operations, graphic design, and quality control. This position requires a blend of technical skills and creativity, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and orders. Operate large format printer as needed. Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure accurate layout design and color management for projects. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the fabrication process, ensuring materials are prepared correctly for production. Manage prepress tasks, including preparing files for printing and ensuring all specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all time Experience Previous experience in printer usage preferred but not required. Familiarity with graphic design software and principles is a plus. Knowledge of color management techniques and quality control processes is advantageous. Experience in layout design or prepress work will be considered an asset Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
