Job Summary:
The candidate will work as a ing Clerk during the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, handling tasks such as operating high-volume duplicating and imaging equipment, managing mail systems, and maintaining copiers. They will also be responsible for shipping and receiving products and supplies and performing light maintenance duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, and finishing equipment.
  • Perform binding, cutting, and other post-production tasks toplete jobs.
  • Manage electronic files using MS Office, email, and document management systems.
  • Monitor copier performance, conduct daily inspections, and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and delivery of materials andpleted jobs.
  • Maintain logs, track supplies, and support basic billing and reporting activities.
  • Respond to customer requests, provide job status updates, and coordinate service support.
  • Support facility operations including filing, mail distribution, conference setup, and general upkeep. Requirement(s):
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment at all times.
  • Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in allmunications.

Pay Details:
