The candidate will work as a ing Clerk during the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, handling tasks such as operating high-volume duplicating and imaging equipment, managing mail systems, and maintaining copiers. They will also be responsible for shipping and receiving products and supplies and performing light maintenance duties as needed.Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, and finishing equipment.
- Perform binding, cutting, and other post-production tasks toplete jobs.
- Manage electronic files using MS Office, email, and document management systems.
- Monitor copier performance, conduct daily inspections, and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and delivery of materials andpleted jobs.
- Maintain logs, track supplies, and support basic billing and reporting activities.
- Respond to customer requests, provide job status updates, and coordinate service support.
- Support facility operations including filing, mail distribution, conference setup, and general upkeep. Requirement(s):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment at all times.
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in allmunications.
Pay Range:
$16.49 - $16.49/ Hr.Shift:
