Accounting/Customer Service Role~

Pay:

$20 to $23 an hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday ~

Daytime Shift:

25 to 30 Hours per week This role supports a non-profit publishing division that promotes membership in their publishing group. The person we hire will be assisting the current staff in light accounting duties as well as telephone customer support. Other light duties may include inserting membership applications for mailing and some filing duties. She/He will help insure customer satisfaction by providing timely answers and advice and processing the details of their orders as well as assisting in light accounting such as bookkeeping, and possible payroll. General Description of Duties The primary duties are:

• Inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls and conversing with customers.
• Help customers resolve questions and problems
• Written communication with customers
• Follow-up on customer questions, requests and issues
