Private Beach Security Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Security Guard to oversee and enforce access control measures at a private beach. This role will primarily focus on ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry, maintaining safety and security on the premises, and providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to protecting the property and maintaining a peaceful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the private beach by verifying identification and authorization of all individuals entering the premises. Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear instructions and ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations. Maintain a visible presence at the entrance and throughout the property, ensuring that no unauthorized individuals gain access. Regularly patrol the beach area and surrounding premises to identify any security concerns or hazards, and report issues promptly to management. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including monitoring for potential emergencies, such as medical situations or natural disasters. Document all access events, incidents, and security observations in a detailed log for reporting purposes. Respond to security-related incidents, emergencies, and disturbances quickly and effectively, following company protocols and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Work in close coordination with other security team members and staff to ensure the seamless operation of access control and overall beach security. Enforce rules and regulations set by the beach property, ensuring that all guests and visitors adhere to guidelines concerning safety, noise, and other beach-related policies.
