Job Description:

New Era HR Solutions is partnering with a respected private school in the Seattle area to identify experienced Middle & High School Educators to provide one-on-one instruction for their students. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about personalized learning, skilled in differentiated instruction, and committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs. Schedule, Pay & Benefits:

Part-Time (15 - 25 hours/week) Monday-Thursday (2 - 4 day workweek primarily during school hours) $40/hour Benefits included: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one instruction Teach Algebra, Geometry and academic writing Support students with additional learning needs and IEP-style accommodations Deliver customized lesson plans and academic support Build strong, supportive relationships with students that foster engagement, confidence, and growth

Qualifications:
