To Apply for this Job Click Here Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active Massachusetts RN license required 5+ years of nursing experience; pediatric experience preferred 2+ years of school nursing experience preferred (independent school experience a plus) Current BLS and First Aid/CPR certifications; strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Job Duties Manage daily Health Office operations, providing first aid, assessments, medication administration, and emergency response for students Develop and manage Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and support students with chronic conditions, injuries, and mental health needs Maintain accurate, compliant health records, monitor immunizations, and ensure adherence to state regulations and infection control protocols Collaborate with faculty, families, counselors, and wellness team members to support student health, accommodations, and care coordination Provide health education, assist with staff training (e.g., EpiPen use), and support school-wide safety and emergency preparedness initiatives Coordinate health planning for field trips and school travel, including medication prep, documentation, and on-site care as needed Support summer camp health services, transitioning to a more reactive care model during non-academic months
Additional Information Schedule:
Academic year: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Summer camp: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
