Are you someone that loves the water and is eager to share your love of the water with others? Would you like to have fun while making good money? Would you like to work in a stress-free environment? Worden Aquatics is the place for you! We're hiring part-time, full-time, and seasonal private swim lesson instructors. Starting pay can range between $16 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. We provide paid training and shadowing.

Instructor training course is optional if you have your WSI certificate or years of teaching experience. Our Mission At Worden Aquatics, our mission is to create a fun, exciting, and fulfilling life for our instructors by making a life-changing experience for our clients. Did we mention that all of our swim lessons are one-on-one private lessons? No group lessons! Think of us as the personal trainers of the aquatic world. There are no lesson plans to follow. You personalize every lesson to the swimmer and their needs. We Offer Great Flexibility The great thing about teaching for us is flexibility. We can schedule lessons around your schedule. Some of our instructors teach several hours a week, while others only teach five hours a week. We will determine the best workflow and scheduling model for you during your onboarding process. What We Are Looking For! Our ideal candidates are students looking for a weekend job, a stay-at-home parent, a school teacher looking for a weekend job, or an individual who just loves teaching or coaching and is looking to expand their horizon. Between $16 and $30 per hour depending on experience

Location Options:

Nashville location at Boost FitClub | Spring Hill location | destinations backyard pools | destination neighborhood locations. The Responsibilities of our instructors include: one-on-one private swim lessons instruction for child and/or adult clients; ensuring safety protocols for yourself and all swim lessons clients; engaging with parents as needed to keep them informed on their child's progress; being able to attend all training and shadowing sessions; and being able to work independently with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications of our instructors:

must be 16 years of age or older; must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation; must be able to pass a background check; experience in teaching swim lessons or coaching swim teams a plus but not required; WSI, CPR, and First Aid certifications a plus but not required; must attend our WAC class or be up-to-date on your WSI certification or have years of teaching experience; and must be Lifeguard Certified. If you do not have your Lifeguard certification don't worry. We can provide a class for you.
