ADAvet Veterinary Clinic is privately owned and we are looking for a full time client care representative to join our team of collaborative and team-oriented professionals. We are a small animal general practice that is passionate about providing high-quality care to pets. Our knowledgeable team is led and owned by three well-respected female veterinarians along with two additional female associates. Our team provides cutting edge veterinary medical care in everything from wellness exams and vaccines to advanced diagnostics and complex surgical procedures with our state-of-the art technology and facility. We have a bright and sunny facility with free parking in a plaza home to a large grocery store, restaurants, and more. We are open Monday through Friday, Saturday until 2:00pm, and closed Sundays. Our clinic takes pride in our enjoyable work environment with great leadership, mentors, and support staff and a management team that understands the importance of a work/life balance. We are consistently dedicated to advancing our medical knowledge and procedures. We strive to provide a less stressful experience for our clients and their pets by focusing on positive reinforcement and fear-free handling techniques. Our client care representatives are utilized in all aspects of veterinary health care. They are responsible for checking patients in and out, answering phones, updating patient electronic records, scheduling appointments/surgeries, and basic tidiness of the front desk. Above everything else. The best person for this job is a team player with a willingness to learn and adapt. In our industry, no day is the same and being ready to jump in to assist other team members in the veterinary setting is crucial.
