Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain their independence and well-being. This role is ideal for CNAs seeking flexible hours, evenings, weekends, or occasional shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting Support mobility and daily activities Observe and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse Document care accurately and maintain client records Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

Current Maryland CNA certification CPR/First Aid High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible PRN schedule Must pass background check and health screenings
