We invite you to be a part of creating our Per Diem Pool by joining our team of Care Givers, Therapeutic and Direct Support Professionals who support and mentor Adults with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities. Candidates for this position must possess prior work experience in the IDD Field, have demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply the ISP for the individuals the positions will support. Successful candidates must be willing to travel to various locations throughout an assigned group of residential sites, willing to schedule your work availability and arrive for shifts in the event of a call out or shift vacancy. Most important, possess the professional skills to support clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations, Lifestyle and Support Plans. Competitive starting rates for Per Diem Staff - $ 19.00 per hourly rate Rate adjustment after successful completion of New Staff Orientation and an additional increase after 12 months in the position Paid Training Program- Including convenient online accessible training curriculum plus 4 days in person Quarterly and Annual Employee Recognition Programs Openings available on our 1 st , 2 nd or 3 rd Shift Our minimum requirements include a valid driver's license with a 3-year, good driving record. Excellent communication skills, high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidates must be able to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support client activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior. Most importantly, Per Diem Staff must be available according to their prescheduled shift and willing to report to assigned residential programs within 2 hours of our contact.
