Candidates for this position must possess prior work experience in the IDD Field, have demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply the ISP for the individuals the positions will support. Successful candidates must be willing to travel to various locations throughout an assigned group of residential sites, willing to schedule your work availability and arrive for shifts in the event of a call out or shift vacancy. Most important, possess the professional skills to support clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations, Lifestyle and Support Plans. Competitive starting rates for Per Diem Staff - $ 19.00 per hourly rate Rate adjustment after successful completion of New Staff Orientation and an additional increase after 12 months in the position Paid Training Program- Including convenient online accessible training curriculum plus 4 days in person Quarterly and Annual Employee Recognition Programs Openings available on our 1 st , 2 nd or 3 rd Shift Our minimum requirements include a valid driver's license with a 3-year, good driving record.
