Residential Services Pay:
$22.50/hr + $50/day on‑call incentive

Join our Residential Services team as a PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) and assist adults with developmental disabilities live full, independent, and connected lives. This role is perfect for someone who wants: A flexible PRN schedule Supplemental income Work that truly matters A supportive, mission‑driven team What You'll Do As a PRN DSP, you will: Support individuals with daily living skills (meals, hygiene, household tasks) Assist with community activities, social outings, and skill‑building Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments Support medication management and health needs Document services and follow individualized support plans Step into residential shifts when called in during your on‑call block You'll help each person build independence, relationships, and a meaningful life. On‑Call / PRN Structure Two weekly on‑call blocks are available: Mon 9am•Fri 9am (excluding Day Services hours 9am-3pm) Fri 9am•Mon 9am
PRN DSPs:
Must be reachable by phone Must be available to report within one hour when called May use their time freely unless called in Compensation $22.50/hr for all hours worked when called in $50/day incentive for each day you are on call•Incentive is earned when you answer calls and fill any requested shift What You Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (Class E required after hire) Ability to pass background checks Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Why Join Us?
