Job Description
Assessment Solution LLC is seeking an RN to do occasional local assessments of patients moving to assisted living communities. $130 per assessment. Registered Nurse (RN) will organize their schedule to fit into your normal day to day activities. The most important requirement for this job is to call the client immediately after an assessment has been assigned to you and make an appointment for the assessment. The length of an assessment is typically 1 hour. $130 per assessment. This is a functional assessment and we provide the assessment forms with instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse (RN) certification. Own a reliable car with auto insurance. You must be able to call the client immediately after assessment is assigned. All assessors must return assessment forms the same day the assessment is completed. Must comply with HIPAA regulations.PAYMENT:
