We prioritize scheduling reliability and facility layout efficiency to ensure our residents receive consistent care. Our operations focus on maintaining a steady floor flow, allowing our PRN staff to integrate into the team and hit the ground running.

Qualifications Licensure:

Current Texas LVN or RN license.

Background Check:

Must pass a criminal background check.

Drug Test:

Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.

CPR:

Active BLS/CPR certification required.

Pay & Schedule LVN Pay:

$30/hour

RN Pay:

$35/hour

Schedule:

PRN (As Needed). Available shifts vary based on facility volume and census needs. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans. Monitor resident condition and document clinical changes in the medical record. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care delivery. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to manage resident admissions and discharges. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment to support patient safety.
