PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant

As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you'll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists. + Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes. + With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs. + Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques. + Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit. + Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff. + Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
