PRN Physical Therapist Assistant

Overview We are seeking a PTA to work PRN in our clinic periodically, specifically in the month of June of 2026. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic care to patients in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Your hours will vary based on the need of the clinic per week. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility. Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols within the clinic or facility. Experience Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred but not required. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Experience in outpatient setting and comfortable with manual therapy. $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
