Job Description:

The Technical Writer will create clear, concise procedural docs, job aids, and training materials, and will build a fully structured Confluence documentation library that includes intuitive page hierarchies, templates, navigation, labeling, and content organization best practices. This includes working within existing Confluence spaces, standardizing page layouts, improving searchability, and ensuring documentation is easy for teams to consume and maintain. The position requires close collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and validate technical information, ensuring that all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with updated documentation standards.
