Process Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our innovative team. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline workflows, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity and product quality. Duties Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. Identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve. Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including labor, energy and raw materials. Work with departments to comply with Quality Management System. May act as a knowledge resource and guide for less experienced engineers. May work on processes for new or more complex products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field with strong mechanical knowledge. Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering within a production environment or manufacturing facility. Quality system experience Preferred Education and Experience Powdered metal experience preferred. Experience in automotive and/or manufacturing.
