Process Engineer

Overview Production/Manufacturing experience as a process engineer is required, as well as: Candidates must be self-starters, must have a good "working" understanding of Statistics; standard deviation, mean, etc. Experience must include root cause analysis Experience with production process improvement: developing and establishing procedures for maintaining a high standard of operations Experience with design/run/test/analyze and upgrade systems and processes Experience with assessment of current production/production control/quality processes, measuring, and interpreting data Experience with changing written procedures, written work instructions Experience with developing best practices, routines, innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality output The degree requirement is a bachelor's degree in engineering; BA in chemical or mechanical engineering is a PLUS Of course, they need to be a "fit" for our organization.
