Process Engineer

Process Engineer needed to support steel cutting tool manufacturing through CNC process improvement, equipment support, programming improvements, and production engineering activities. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 1-3 years of relevant work experience required Experience supporting manufacturing processes Experience with metal-cutting processes preferred CNC experience preferred Knowledge of CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding, induction brazing, EDM, heat treatment, surface treatment, additive manufacturing, or equipment maintenance Strong Microsoft Office skills CAD/CAM software knowledge NX experience preferred Knowledge of production planning and scheduling SAP knowledge Preferred Skills Experience in steel cutting tool manufacturing Experience improving manufacturing processes through equipment, systems, or programming changes Experience evaluating production processes and identifying improvement opportunities Experience supporting plant operations Experience with facility, process, and equipment maintenance support Experience working under a process engineering or manufacturing engineering function Job Responsibilities Support steel cutting tool manufacturing operations Identify process improvement opportunities across plant operations Apply new equipment, systems, and programming techniques to improve manufacturing performance Support process evaluation and improvement activities Provide engineering support for CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding, induction brazing, EDM, heat treatment, surface treatment, and additive manufacturing processes Support maintenance needs related to equipment, manufacturing processes, and facility operations Use CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing and programming activities Support production planning and scheduling activities Use SAP to support manufacturing, production, or process engineering workflows Work under the supervision of process engineering management
